Empowering ops to manage fleets and systems efficiently

As lead designer for Lyft Bikes and Scooters OTech, Operations Technology, I worked to deliver intuitive designed solutions across mobile and web platforms. OTech builds the tools and systems that power everything the operators need to get their work done faster and easier, resulting in a better experience for the rider. The two main products, AirControl and Fieldwork, enable dispatchers and field associates to work in tandem to manage and maintain a fleet of more than 20k bikes and stations, and that’s just the NYC market. Ops improvements resulted in substantial growth including Citi Bike rides/day from 100k to 160k during my tenure.
