My background brings together 10 years of expertise in designing intuitive, multi-platform systems across mobile and web, alongside an additional decade in industrial design for impactful consumer and medical products. I'm driven by a passion for creating cohesive, end-to-end experiences and am particularly inspired by the challenges of complex systems, AI/ML, SaaS, and the convergence of digital and physical UX.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Lyft | Senior Product Designer

Led the design of operational tools for Lyft Bikes and Scooters across mobile and web platforms, empowering dispatchers, field associates and mechanics to
manage fleets efficiently. Collaborated closely with end-users and stakeholders to define and launch new product features, while developing and implementing a unified design system improving consistency and usability across workflows. Recognized as a trusted expert, fostered strong cross-functional partnerships with research, product, data science and engineering teams, aligning on requirements and defining product milestones. Ops improvements resulted in substantial growth including Citi Bike rides/day from 100k to 160k during my tenure.
