Damon believes in thinking holistically, by working within the physical and digital to create better end solutions and experiences by design. He is currently a product designer at Motivate defining the future of bike share for New York City's Citi Bike system, as well as a multitude of other bike share programs around the world. As an interaction designer at frog, he worked with a diverse list of industry-leading clients to tackle big challenges through research, strategy and design. A graduate of the 2014 inaugural School of Visual Arts - Products of Design MFA program, he is multi-talented with a passion for problem solving and creating. Damon's work spans a number of industries, including finance, health care, transportation and consumer products. With over a decade of experience, he has worked at forward-thinking firms such as frog, Teague and Radius Product Development, where he defined opportunity spaces and solutions for clients such as Starbucks, Verizon, BNY Mellon and Google. Damon's portfolio is split between client and self-proposed projects, creating a unique perspective for purposeful design. He has been the recipient of numerous accolades for his design work, including recognition from Red Dot design awards, Core77 design awards, IDSA, The Design Museum of London, The Verge, The Guardian and Fast Company.
